Mr. Case has over twenty years' experience in the fields of insurance coverage litigation and environmental defense. He has handled a wide variety of complex and high-profile cases, including defense of responsible parties in hazardous waste clean-up cases, and insurance coverage actions involving claimed coverage for food product recalls, environmental liability, professional liability and commercial credit risks. Mr. Case earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1981, and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon Law School in 1987.
Prior to becoming a Member, Mr. Case was a partner with Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
