A Comprehensive Legal Practice
We counsel clients on a wide variety of business-related matters, including commercial disputes, insurance and reinsurance matters and product liability issues. We provide the advice our overseas and domestic clients need to minimize exposure to uncertainties of commercial litigation, appeals and class actions under the U.S. legal system, as well as common domestic and international arbitration schemes. We also provide consultation to and represent our clients in regulatory proceedings involving employment practices (such as claims brought under Title VII, ADEA, ADA and state laws) and environmental liabilities (including those arising under CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act and state law).
Our experience extends to the representation of foreign and domestic insurance brokers, insurers and reinsurers, professionals, aviation interests, health care providers, property owners and manufacturers and distributors of products in legal proceedings throughout the United States, from New York's Supreme Court (a trial level court) to the Supreme Court of the United States.
