Philip C. Semprevivo, Jr., was born in Gloversville, New York. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Fordham University in 1994, and B.A. degree from Fairfield University in 1989.
Mr. Semprevivo began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York. He joined the Firm in 1997, and has since specialized in representing multinational corporations, charitable organizations, educational institutions andgovernment entities. His practice primarily encompasses employment law, general civil and commercial litigation. He has represented the Firm's clients in several complex litigations in State and Federal proceedings throughout the United States.
Mr. Semprevivo has substantial experience in advising clients in regard to compliance with federal labor laws, as well as EEOC and equivalent state equal employment opportunity regulations, practices, and policies. Additionally, he regularly counsels clients on compliance with various consumer fraud and warranty acts and statutes. He also provides general counseling services to clients, advising on business-related contract matters, insurance coverage, and employment policies and practices.
