Helen B. Pustel

Helen Pustel, born in Brooklyn, New York, was admitted to the New York bar in 2008 and the New Jersey bar in 2009. She received her J.D. degree from New York Law School in 2007, where she received awards for participation in moot court (Regional Quarter-Finalist 2005 National Appellate Advocacy Competition and Quarter-Finalist 2005 Charles W. Froessel Moot Court Competition, among others). She received a B.A. degree from Binghamton University cum laude in 2004, where she earned Dean’s List distinction for the years 2001 through 2004.

Ms. Pustel’s practice includes the defense of clients with respect to labor and employment law matters as well as representation of domestic and international manufacturers and other interests in commercial litigation. Her employment practice includes all aspects of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice and employment arbitrations, as well as non-litigation compliance counseling such as seminars for human resource professionals regarding federal employment law. Her commercial litigation experience includes participation in securities arbitrations, in particular arbitrations arising out of the broker-dealer relationship.

Ms. Pustel is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
